Learn More. Coe Lake Fund The Fund is a subsidiary of the Berea Community Development Corporation (BCDC), a non-profit organization established in the Year 2004. The Foundation is directed by a volunteer Board of Directors comprised of private citizens that serve without pay. The directors operate independently from the BCDC and determine guidelines for selecting projects and dispensing funds. All donations are tax deductible and will benefit the future of Coe Lake.
